The Challenge

We designed a process that automatically collects and structures contract data for invoicing. The information is prepared in a standardized format, highlighting areas that require human review, and clearly separating documents ready for further invoice processing.

Automated Code Delivery After Payment

The Challenge

Digital product delivery depended on manual team actions. After payment, the team had to verify the order, find the correct code, and email it to the customer. This caused delivery delays outside of working hours, on weekends, or when the team was busy with other tasks.

The Solution

We built a process that automatically assigns an available code to the customer upon successful payment and sends it via email. The system also includes inventory monitoring, delivery status tracking, and clear logging of when and to whom each code was delivered.

Target Account Research List for Sales Operations
