Rokas’s professional approach took shape while studying Transport Electronics at Kaunas University of Technology. In electronics engineering it is not enough for an idea to sound innovative. A solution has to be accurate, reliable and tested under real conditions.

That standard has been confirmed outside the company as well. The results above, from the early scholarship to the national recognition, were judged by independent panels rather than self-assessed.

Time spent in Japan sharpened that view of quality further. Watching the working culture and the everyday processes there brought out how much consistency, attention to detail and continuous improvement matter. It is not only the final result: the process itself has to be built so that quality holds at every stage.

KOGNEV is a natural continuation of that approach. The engineering principles of precision, reliability and ownership of the result now carry over into business processes: first understand the problem exactly, then choose the automation, integration or AI solution.
